As I understand, many of you would to buy Elena Belova's patterns, but they can’t
figure out HOW TO BUY A PATTERN in THE RUSSIAN STORE.
This my step-by-step guide will help you, I hope.
to the Elena’s store (or another designer of this site)
Step 1: ordering a pattern

with arrows:
a blue arrow - the “Login” button will help to register on the site (optional)
a green arrow - “Write a message”: you can ask the author a question (please write
in the simplest English)
a red arrow indicates to the price of each pattern. You can change the type of currency.
To do this, find on the same page at the bottom right corner the window with that menu
choose a convenient currency, guided by the icon

Choose an interesting pattern, for example, this cute lion cub.
Click on the the pattern name (a black arrow) and get to the description and purchase page.
The arrows show the important elements on this page:
a blue arrow - description of the pattern. If your browser is capable of translating,
you can enable it and read the description.
a red arrow - if you have a question, you can ask the author
a green arrow - BUY button
a black and white arrow - add the pattern in your shopping basket and continue the
selection. This button we will click now.

When you have finished selecting patterns (I have 3 in my basket),
Click the button indicated by the blue arrow - “Basket” . You will see all your 3 selected patterns.
The blue arrows indicate the price of each pattern, the red line outlines the total amount
of the order. I circled in green the information that delivery by e-mail is supposed.
And the most important button - the orange one - BUY.

You see a form to fill out customer data.
Here you have a choice. You can log in through social networks and create a customer
account. A black arrow indicates the LOGIN button. You click, for example, on the
Facebook icon (I entered this way) and get this form to fill out.
You are prompted to enter your name (black and white arrow) and phone. The site
requires a phone entry, but does not send any order confirmation to it.
Therefore, you can enter anything similar to a phone number.
The second option: you can fill the fields indicated by the green arrow
(the top picture)
Your first and last name (black and white arrow)
Phone (green and white arrow)
Email address (blue and white arrow) - the site will send you an order confirmation
to this email address.
And the most important is the BUY button. First, check that you have correctly
determined the price (circled by a red line in the top picture). And then click.

Congratulations! You have made a pattern order and received the following message.

Congratulations! Your purchase The crochet pattern "Lion cub" (hook) from 09/03/2019 successfully issued.
Write a message to the seller if you have any questions. If there is no feedback from
the seller, contact the Customer Care Service for advice.

The bottom button (with a green arrow) allows you to return to the pattern selection .
The Subscribe button to subscribes you to news of the Elena’s store, and the
Message button allows you to send her a message.

It says here what you ordered in the Elena Belova's store (a blue arrow, link) the Lion
cub pattern for 300 Russian rubles. You can contact the author through the deal page
(link, a green arrow). Detailed information about all your purchases is always available
on the “My purchases” page (link, a black and yellow arrow).
The first step of the purchase is completed. Now you need to wait for the author (seller) to
accept your order. This is a necessary step, probably, since the site sells not only patterns,
but also handmade products. Perhaps the seller is not always able to fulfill the order.
Step 2: paying and receiving the pattern

After some time, you receive an e-mail message from “Ярмарка мастеров” website
(livemaster.ru) with this content
It says here that the author left a message for you on the site. To read it, click on the
“Прочитать” button (a green arrow). You will be taken to your order page.
To read the message from Elena, click Переписка (a green arrow).
This is a standard letter from Elena surrounded by a green line ( the rest is our
correspondence in the process of creating the tutorial). It says here:

Hello!
My pattern is written in Russian and intended for your personal use only. If you do not
speak Russian, then you will have some problems with understanding the pattern.
I send the pattern in PDF format to your email address only. You can pay via PayPal.
The summary cost is 300 rubles + 50 rubles (for the currency convertion and fees) = 350
rubles.
If everything is clear and comfortable for you, inform your email address, I will issue the
PayPal invoice to the specified address.

If everything suits you, you write in the message line, something like “Everything is OK! “ ,
and add your email address (if someone has bought the pattern on ebay, the same system
is there).

After a while, Elena sends you a payment request through Paypal to the email address
you wrote her. In my list of messages, the request is indicated by a blue arrow.
Note: Elena asks to pay for the pattern within 3 days, otherwise the order will be canceled.
Open the message
Everything should be clear to you here: only the pattern name and the author name are
written in Russian.
How to pay through Paypal, I will not describe.
After payment you will receive a confirmation from the Paypal.
And after a while you will receive a letter personally from Elena with two files attached.
Open the letter:
You will find here a pdf-file with a pattern (a blue arrow) and a receipt for paying of the
pattern (a green arrow).
A short message (circled) says that you should immediately check the pattern and save
it.
Well, Elena wishes you a pleasant knitting/crocheting (and I join her wishes).
P.S. Believe me, this seems like a long and complicated process just because I described it in such detail.
