Two Wolfs Free Crochet Pattern

Today i introduce two finger puppets: the Little Good (and a little sad) Wolf and the Big Bad Wolf.

The Good Wolf is one of my first creations. He is made of cotton yarn with hook 1.5 mm. The Wolf size is about 12 cm.

The Big Bad Wolf is more difficult option of the puppet. You can find this detailed crochet pattern on my e-bay page.

A Good Wolf Crochet Pattern (US terminology)

You need about 10 g of grey cotton yarn ( 50 g / 220 - 250 m) and 5 g - any color for pants. Acrylic yarn is also good!

Head

Leave aside, make a thimble

Thimble

you can make it of any color yarn, it’s an invisible part

Its length is about 4 - 4.5 cm, try on the thimble to the body and your finger

Stuff the body, insert the thimble inside and join both of detail with sc, crochet together the opposite stitches of them. Continue crocheting for another 1.5 - 2 cm.

The last round: [sc, ch] in each st.

Cut and run the thread through the stitches of the last round, pull and close the hole

divide the hand into 3-4 fingers using a needle and yarn, embroider black claws

Ear, 2 pieces

Flatten and sew to the head

Tail

Stuff a little

Run the work thread through the st. of the last round, pull and close the hole.

Sew the head, the arms and the tail to the body. Sew the ears and embroider a mouth.
